The Whitworth Art Gallery in Manchester has been named the UK’s 2015 Museum of the Year after a £15m transformation. As a SIKA Liquid Plastics Quality Assured (QA) Contractor Surface Protection Coatings played a big part in the refurbishment works with the installation of a SIKA Liquid Plastics Decothane Cold Liquid Applied Green Sedum Roof. In April of this year Whitworth also won the coveted North West Building of the Year at the Architects' awards. Surface Protection are very proud to have played a part in the refurbishment works.
