Surface Protection have just completed the second phase of works at The Stopford Building at The University of Manchester.
Due to the amount of Air Conditioning Units and Plant located on the roof it was decided to use a Cold Applied Low Odour Seamless SIKA Liquid Plastics 15 Year Ultra System.
As SIKA Liquid Plastics Premier North West Quality Approved (QA) Contractor Surface Protection were chosen to undertake the works on behalf of the University.
The benefits of the Cold Applied system is there is no risk of fire so the works can be completed with no disruption to the University below.
