Surface Protection Coatings have recently completed the roof refurbishment works at a children's day nursery in Manchester.
As Sika Liquid Plastics Premier North West Quality Assured Refurbishment Contractor, Surface Protection were chosen to undertake the works due to expertise in working on occupied buildings.
The works were undertaken using a cold applied Sika Liquid Plastics Omega 15 Year Decothane System including insulation to improve the U-Value of the existing roof.
Not only is the Sika System seamless in it's application but the cold application means that any fire risk is eliminated and the nursery underneath can remain fully open for the duration of the works.
