Surface Protection Coatings have recently completed the roof refurbishment works at a School and Day Nursery in Manchester.
As Sika Liquid Plastics Premier North West Quality Assured (QA) Contractor, Surface Protection were chosen to undertake the works due to our expertise in working on occupied buildings.
The works were completed using a cold applied Sika Liquid Plastics Omega 15 Decothane System including insulation to improve the U-Value of the existing roof.
The system is seamless in it's application and as it is cold applied any fire risk is eliminated and therefore the classes underneath experienced no disruption.
